OUR STORY
Coming from San Diego, Louie had one goal: to serve delicious food in Pittsburgh while staying family oriented. Excited to be part of such an amazing community, Louie opened the Hummus Pittsburgh food trailer, summer of 2018. The bright orange trailer did not fail to serve delicious food and amazing customer service! After a successful season, Louie decided that an expansion was necessary. So, in the summer of 2019, the black food truck came to life. This beauty was a favorite at events, private parties, and everything in between. The hand cut gyros, homemade hummus, and kind service grabbed the attention of the greater good of Pittsburgh, making Hummus Pittsburgh a staple food truck! Ever since then, our team and collection of food trucks has only gotten bigger! Because of our expansions, every allergy and special request is addressed within the menu. Gluten free, dairy free, nut free, vegetarian, vegan? We have you covered! With something for everyone, we are the perfect addition to any event!
